Acknowledged as one of the US Air Force’s outstanding recruiters, Walt has consistently been recognized for delivering results. After retiring from his 20 years in the US Air Force, he was honored as one of the top recruiting executives while working for an executive search firm in Connecticut. Walt then partnered to establish Lighthouse Recruiting Group. As he moved forward, his vision and focus shifted, enabling him to establish a highly personalized recruitment firm specializing in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Thus, the establishment of Walt Medina & Associates.

Matthew H. Laste, CPC

Matt joined Walt Medina & Associates, LLC in July 2016 as an Executive Recruiter. He is a native of Stratford, CT., but has also resided in Wallkill, NY. Matthew has a background in customer service having served in a non-profit organization in logistics services. Matthew is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) via the National Association of Personnel Services and will be pursuing his PHR Certification this summer. Matt’s strong background in customer service makes him an ideal HR partner in helping client companies solve their professional recruitment and staffing needs. Matt’s areas of expertise reside in the recruitment of Clinical and Clinical Management professionals. In his spare time Matthew enjoys golfing, music, sports and loves to travel.
