Every client is unique. That’s why we’re flexible. We want to make the recruitment process as simple as possible for everyone involved, whether that means single placements, ongoing searches, paying on a contingency, or retained basis. We’ll work with you to determine the best course of action.

While all qualified candidates enjoy our complimentary services, our clients choose from two convenient styles of searches and payment—contingency or retainer recruitment. Some clients prefer contingency recruitment and provide a percentage of a new hire’s annual salary. Other clients favor retainer recruitment. They enjoy treating us as a true partner performing exclusive searches to build their teams while remaining focused on creating multiple, successful placements.
